What we collect

When you send an inquiry through the form on this site, we receive what you enter:

• your name
• your email address
• your phone number
• your message

The form also notes which page you sent it from. We log the IP address behind each submission too, and use it only to limit spam, for example by capping how many submissions one address can send in a short time.

How your inquiry reaches us

Your inquiry is emailed to our team at [email protected] and kept in the site's database. We use it to reply to you about the shipment or the question you sent. This site is run for us by our website provider, BudTech, on its own servers.

Analytics

We do not run advertising trackers on this site. We do run analytics: a copy of PostHog that our website provider, BudTech, hosts on its own server. It records which pages are visited, roughly how people scroll and click, and which country a visit comes from, worked out from the IP address. It may also record a session as a replay of what happened on the page; anything typed into a form field is masked, so it is never captured. This data stays on that server and is not shared with PostHog or anyone else. Recordings are deleted after 30 days, and the rest of this data after two months.

Outside services

Three outside services are part of how this site works:

• WhatsApp: after you send the form, the site opens WhatsApp with your inquiry written out as a message to us, and the WhatsApp buttons on every page open a chat with us. Opening that link passes the message to WhatsApp, and what happens there is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy, not this one.
• Google Maps: our contact page shows a map from Google Maps. Loading that page connects your browser to Google, which receives your IP address and handles it under Google's own privacy policy.
• Cloudflare: every request to this site passes through Cloudflare, which protects it and delivers it quickly. Cloudflare sees your IP address and what your browser sends, including the form, and handles it under its own privacy policy.

Cookies and browser storage

This site keeps two things of its own in your browser. A cookie and your browser's local storage remember whether you browse in English, Arabic or Persian, so you do not have to choose again. Our analytics keeps an anonymous identifier in a cookie and in local storage, so it can tell one visit from the next. Neither tracks you on other sites or feeds any advertising system. You can clear both in your browser settings at any time.

Questions and requests

To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email [email protected].
